🔥Summer Volunteers Needed🔥
Attention bursary recipients for this year, or anyone wanting to get involved; we have 4 volunteer opportunities upcoming.
Please get in contact with the Balding for Dollars Administrator Marissa Dunbar ([email protected]), if interested & available for any of the following:
· Pinoy Festival Parade: Saturday June 24th, Civic Square (next to Metro town Public Library) Burnaby, (9:30am-11:30am *only needed for parade duration 10am- will involve holding our banner while walking in parade- handing out stickers/info cards- need 3-4 volunteers!
· Bernie’s Track Walk: Saturday July 15th, Mission Race Way, 10:30am-1:30pm *Will involve basic set up of pop up tents, arrange tables/food, checking in guests, handing out t-shirts, handing out food & snacks/drinks to families- need 2-3 volunteers!
· Vancouver Bandits Game: Sunday July 16th, 4:30pm – game end- Langley Event Centre- setting up B4$ table, handing out info, taking email entries into draw, helping with guest families- need 2-3 volunteers!
· Trivia Night: July 19th – Time TBD -Ox Pub Vancouver- 2 volunteers to assist with auction/raffle.
